Hi all,

I have a Viking series 5 hood that was installed in 2018. I cannot remove the baffles to clean them. I have the manual and have tried their steps to no avail. They seem too large to remove and I found an article about a design flaw. Any help would be appreciated. My fingers are cut up from attempts to remove.
