@doraemon, typically I suggest wider beam angles for kitchens. So for USAI fixture you’ve chosen that would mean using the 40 or 50. Final fixture choice and your desire/tolerance for the even-ness (or any lack thereof) of the overall wash/blanket of light will determine the actual spacing of the installed units.

Wider here, as you have a deeper 2" regress, and looking at your plan estimating about 32"-36" between a couple fixtures. 50d beam gives you 992 lumens, going tighter to 40d beam gives a big jump to 1303 lumens and a couple fixtures are a little close to some walls for that even with a slightly tighter beam angle.

Based on the dimensions you provided, a 3" deep regress LED downlight with a beam angle of 30 degrees would be appropriate for your kitchen area. This beam angle will provide a focused, directional light that is ideal for task lighting.
