Does the design on the tiles affect the way they should be laid out - so cuts don’t mess up design? Maybe you will post a picture of the tile?

The tiles have black veining but it's random so I don't think it requires a specific orientation.

I think the first photo where the tiles are trimmed at both ends will look better than one short row.

What about those prominent corners - top left & bottom right in pic? Is that on each one of the tiles? If yes, I’d do a mock up lay out of the entire floor to look at it & see if there’s a pattern created by the corners. I’m thinking about how those dark curves on corners will lay out in middle of floor - either between the toilet & sink or partially underneath toilet & sink. The space you’re dealing with is small enough that I would definitely lay out a mockup & use tape to mark walls & paper or something to place toilet & sink.

How about this orientation? The cuts behind the sink and toilet will not be visible. Here is also a photo of the tile installed, to get a sense of the veining.

Great tile! Notice that some of the veining design is matched when it works out & that looks good. I do like your last layout. But because I cannot visualize a disadvantage or advantage to any of the orientations, I would really do a dry layout before deciding. Just seeing it might give you an obvious decision - would be nice to have no regrets.

HU, it's square measured wall to wall. Any miniscule discrepancies will be evened out with our baseboard trim.

I would do the last one. That is how my powder room is done, but I have 24" x 24" tile.

After using a framing square on the corners, you find the midpoint of the room from all 4 corners. Start your layout with the center, and work to the walls. That keeps the cut tiles relatively even at the edges, which disguises most out of square conditions. You may need to adjust right or left, or up or down to keep the cuts more or less even.
