What type of succulent?

I'm looking for help identifying this succulent further. I got it as part of a birthday present arrangement a year or two ago.
I'm just getting more into succulents, and I have no idea what this one is. It's in my west facing first-floor kitchen windowsill that is slightly shaded by the garage and the apartment complex across the alley, and I'm pretty sure it's not getting enough sunlight - I'm working on moving it to a south window, but have to be reasonably sure it's not toxic to cats (for when my sister's kitten menace tries to bite it). It has never bloomed the entire time I've had it.
Every app tells me something different, but they all seem to mostly agree that it's an Echeveria. The three biggest contenders are:
*Ghost/lilacina,
*elegans, or
*pollux.
Other suggestions included: Black Prince, Princess Blue, and Perle von Nurnberg.
Any help is appreciated. :)
Also, if you feel like it - correct me if I'm wrong but the other two in that pot should be Echeveria agavoides and Echeveria peacockii?
Thank you!
