My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Log cabin finished

A couple of weeks ago I finished this log cabin quilt (it's the one that was quilted with my new midarm machine). It's for donation to a local hospice. Not a lot of contrast, but it did use up most of my 1-1/2" strips! It’s a Judy Martin pattern.

    I was sorting out my strips today. I have lots of brown, blue and green. Where they all came from, I do not know. Next job will be fill in with other colours and then off we go to Log Cabin land. Thanks for the reminder.

    Yours is nice and scrappy. Neat borders.
