Thank you. This piece has been locked in the previous owner's house for 80 years and I'm trying to figure out what was it about before that.

Not sure, but it is one cool piece. Maybe used in a sun room, or garden? I think the heads are ram. There are beliefs associated....fertility, protection.

Found this photo, with some similar characteristics listed for over $3,000.00. Maybe you should dig a little deeper.

I suspect it was not intended to be painted, sadly. Is it all wood? I sure don;'t thbink it's a modern "Indonesian piece". Measurements wojuld help. Has the top been partially stripped?

I had to take another look at your photo...amazing view. Folks don't want to share too much personal info, but wow, the view to me, here on Cape Cod, looks like our north side...Cape Cod Bay.

Those horns are spiral. Racka Sheep, a Hungarian breed. Did the owner of this table come from Hungary?

What a unique looking table. There are lions legs too…maybe African? Although it really doesn’t look African. Looks like a strange amalgamation of styles.

There is also an African antelope with spiral horns. I think the distinctive horns on the "goat" heads of this table must be a clue as to where it came from. Most animals do not have horns like that, so whoever made the table must have had a specific species in mind.
