Grace Rose Farm

Well, this morning I got an e-mail from GRF saying that "Plum Perfect" and "State Of Grace" were not up to par for them to send them. It sucks and of course they were two of my favorites, but it was fine since I have too many roses anyway :). A few minutes later I received a gift card for $220.00 since they could not send me the roses, so they gave me (twice) the price I paid and some for the shipping costs. That's amazing, I have never experienced customer service like this before, of course I expected to be refunded or offered an alternative but to pay me back twice the price I paid is amazing.

Well, I purchased 2 plants from Grace and received six. Somebody at Grace is either our new rose Santa or played too much hooky durning math classes.

@summersrhythm_z6a @BenT (NorCal 9B Sunset 14) No, they wrote on the email that they are sending me twice the amount I paid. Granted, under normal circumstances the prices of their roses are twice I would normally pay :). Still very nice and I think a lot of nurseries can learn from this type on customer service.

wow, GRF is getting quite the great reputation around here. I just got a fantastic bare root own root Plum Perfect from Witherspoon (just came like 2 hours ago). Nice roots, etc. I tried to order from Grace Rose Farm - until I learned that most of their stuff is grafted on Dr. Huey - which us south florida, nematode infested rose growers cannot cannot cannot do. Sigh. They are working toward own root for the future, so maybe next year....

Amazing that they are giving you TWICE the order. That's just fantastic.

My Grace Rose order came the same day as my DA and when I opened the construction garbage bag of bare roots I started laughing. The Hot Cocoa I ordered is a beast. It must weigh 20 lbs. Last year I got a PCDM that was also a giant giant beast, at least 7' tall by the end of summer. I gotta take pics but I am not surprised at the great service.
