Grace Rose Farm Order Just Arrived…

My Grace Rose Farm Order just arrived, and it’s a doozy!!!

The 2 roses on the left are Distant Drums. To the right of those are Crazy Love, and my free rose, Apricots n’ Cream. They arrived in a big box, in a big bag, and moist. They were 4 days in transit. There is not a single damaged cane or root. HUGE, HUGE roses canes, and I am very happy with them.

The Distant Drums are about 22 inches in length. Some of the canes are over an inch in diameter!

Distant Drums is on the top, Crazy Love and Apricots n’ Cream are on the right. So very happy with this order! I forgot to mention that their Customer Service is EXCELLENT! My order was scheduled to go out in the middle of a blizzard with highways shut down. I was able to reschedule it through e-mail with Julio, who is a gem! And the roses arrived dormant which makes me happy because 2 of them need to be heeled in until I can remove and old rose and plant them. Excellent company!

Thank you, Sheila! I am just so greatful to the Lord, to be able to dig deep rose holes at the age of 73! I have been excited about getting ready to plant them all day long.

@KittyNY6 I thought of this thread the other day when you posted the pics of the horrible old dried-out roses you received from them on another thread! You definitely did not get what you expected... or deserved! And the fact that they expected you to return them was pretty shocking.

@susan9santabarbara, Yes. Returning those huge roses is a chore. Happy to get a refund. I realize these nurseries have policies & customer service isn’t always the best occassionally. Grace R Farm looks like they have many beautiful roses & the owners seem nice. I hope to order new roses from them in the future. I see 4 beauties I love! I’m calling them to seevif ai can buy the ”new roses,” next time.
