I had stampede concrete poured a week ago and after a rain, I noticed several small water puddles on the surface. I showed this to my contractor and he said that it's normal due to the concrete being sealed and unable to absorb the water. However, the water has not gone away even after 24 hours. Is it normal for sealed concrete to have standing water on multiple places?
