Baldwin vs Emtek hinges

I am in the process of replacing my interior door levers and have decided to go with Baldwin. Since I have changed finish, I need to replace the hinges as well. I’ve never replaced hinges before and am a bit surprised by the price of Baldwin hinges. Emtek seem to be much cheaper in price and of course there are other cheaper brands out there. Does anyone have experience with these hinges and will the more expensive Baldwin hinges be worth it? I don’t mind spending for quality, just want it to make a sensible decision.

I literally held Baldwin and Emtek hinges in my hands two days ago. The Baldwin's I was NOT impressed by. The ballbearing Emteks were incredibly smooth. We're going with Emtek -- it's not worth it to us to pay the extra $$$ for the top of the line Baldwin (which does have a better mechanism)... We're also going to do the 28degree lever opening, as I hear the standard lever does sag over time.

Now I just need to decide if I want it to be concealed fastener or not.. I might not to save $, I don't mind seeing the screws... and god forbid I ever need to deal/tighten the screws, I have easy access
