Most have rooted, and are looking really good. It's still touch and go with praetorii and griffithii yellow. Praetorii lost a couple of leaves, but still has 5 or so. Griffithii hasn't lost any leaves, but the leaves of both of these plants are still kind of limp. I do see a root on griffithii right at the surface of the coco chips. I have these two in a plastic box on a heat mat. I still have hope, at least none of the plants I ordered have died yet! I know praetorii is notorious for shipping badly, not sure about griffithii.

yep, heat does work well. I have them in a clear plastic box (with a clear plastic lid) from Costco, and that whole thing is on the heat mat. Every now and then I take the top off to take a peak at them.

Hi Bill, the pachyclada, sigillatis, krinkle 8, soul stone, and subcalva rooted really quickly and have been doing great. Praetorrii and griffithii have been a bit more touch & go, although I noticed today that griffithii seems to have turned the corner and its leaves are looking more turgid. I think it will be fine. Praetorrii lost a couple of leaves early on, and since then has been in a holding pattern, not getting worse, but also not looking better, still alive though :-)

Hang in there Doc - give 'em a lot of humidity, some warmth and maybe a "Hope you're feeling better" card and he should do just fine.

Shipping for these cost $150.00 plus $15 for the phytosanitary certificate. There also was a Paypal fee of $30.
