Light fixture question

This may be a bit of an odd question, but I'm wondering if anyone familiar with candelabra style light fixtures (particularly assembling) has any insight they wouldn't mind sharing. We're under construction and have noticed that alot of the bases on fixtures like the one pictured below are crooked. Further, the height of the bulbs look different from one candle base to the next. For example, some you see quite a bit of the bulb base and others, not as much. Sliding the "sleeves/wraps"(?) makes somewhat of a difference with regard to visibility of the bulb base but doesn't entirely "fix" the issue. Not sure whether I'm nit picking here and this is completely acceptable and not something we'll even notice in long run, or whether it has to do with assembly. There was an even more noticeably crooked one that the electrician has since corrected, which has me wondering if others need the same adjusting. We can't even access easily to try and mess with ourselves.

Thanks in advance
