I have a screened porch that gets the late day, western sun. We desperatly need sun protection if we wish to use the porch in the early evening. Considering the above shades that would be raised by a pully and then tucked away in a casket. Has anyone used the Sheerweave fabric for this application?

I know sometimes a moire effect can show when using a screen behind the solar screen, but i chose a fabric that shows very little, if any, of the moire effect. Interested if anyone has used a solar screen in front of your screens on your screened porch. I could not come up with any other options to shield the sun.
