With three growing kids sharing this bathroom (and one rapidly approaching the pre-teen years), launched the first (in what I expect will be many) projects in this 1970s house.

Made a few controversial design choices, including removing the windows completely. The old glass wasn’t tempered as required by code, and faced a dark outdoor area, such that natural light wasn’t really a thing.

The kiddos love the new rain shower, and the double vanity is also proving a positive choice.
