Help with appliance placement please

Is there too much in the pantry ? What wouod you move and to where? There is a hidden door under the stairs so kids can come and get snacks or guests can get things without needing to enter the kitchen. But now looking at it, pantry may have too much. Does the kitchen flow? i really dont want a lot on my island. thanks !!

It does seem odd to have an entire second kitchen in the pantry but the counter space to the left of the cooktop is smaller than the cooktop itself. None of this works for me but may be ideal for how you live.

Pantry: I'd move the DW to the kitchen and if you need a sink there I'd consider a smaller one.

Kitchen: I'd move the fridge to the cooktop wall (close to the area where you plan to eat your meals) and add a prep sink in the island. Trash can be at the end of the island to be used both for prep and clean up.
