Help i need to design a bedroom space for 2 kids (one boy one girl, just about 1year difference in age), Currently kids but definitely will be using same room till early teens. The space is a bit awkward.

The door top right is 90cm wide an the entry to room from a corridor. The door on trhe lower left just head to a small storage space. The two windows on the lower side are both 1m wide and 1.7m in height. The room itself is about 2.4m high and 4m90 wide by 4m65 depth.

How can i fit two beds and the adequate work areas for the two kids, in such a way neither feels deprived, nor too exposed that is having their privacy wihin reason.

I need something future proof cause it wont be easy to remodel the room as the kids grow up. I was thinking two lofts bed with working area beneath them and storage under the steps to the bed.

But really am stuck an open to suggestions.
