Ooof. This is going to take a while.

First suggestion: sort your plants--separate those that need a TONNE of really strong light from those that can get away with less.

In no particular order:

1. consider setting aside space for a plant shelf instead. If you do this, however, get one that is open on all sides. Closed shelves will create ventilation issues that will be paradise for a myriad of pests you really wouldn't want to meet.

2. If the shelf is out of the question (they tend to be ugly and take up floor space), consider hanging your light fixtures using swag hooks mounted to the ceiling withtoggle bolts (easier and cleaner to patch later if you want to move or remove them).

3. Use timers. Longer exposure for plants with high light requirements, shorter for shade plants.

Some basic nitty and also gritty on LEDs: they emit directional light beams. Unlike fluorescent bulbs which spew photons in all directions, LEDs have a significantly narrow emission cone. So you can aim them and they tend not to flood the surrounding space as much. This is typically what people see when they say LEDs are dimmer than, say, fluorescent or incandescent bulbs. But this is perfect when you want to bombard a specific area.

That said, I'm personally not a fan of blurple lighting. In summer, I have several plants I keep indoors in my office, at the bottom shelf of my bookcase, behind my chair so I don't have to see them. If I wasn't concerned with ventilation, believe me, I'd cover the thing with something opaque. Instead, I have them on a timer so they start their 12 hours long before I need to be in that room and it switches off before the room light has to be on after sundown.

But if you don't mind the colour, I'd recommend blurple lighting. They really do cover the wavelength most useful to plants. To maximize the lit space, definitely pick something rectangular (remember, your lit space will follow the shape of your LED lighting, roughly). I usethis kind, especially in the basement in winter where I can't see it. In the living spaces, I use this kind. I've also tried LED strips, daisy-chained and screwed into plywood boards (works fine, but too much work, not much savings).

Some Don'ts: LED lighting with diffusers just waste photons, don't bother. Dimmable LED growlights are also a waste of power and durability---if you need to adjust the amount of light your plants will get, just move them away or closer to the light, vertically. Dimmable grow lights probably has some use if you have no space to move the light or the plant up or down. But dimmable LEDs do not last as long at currect tech level. They'll just end up in landfills much faster. There are probably great industrial quality dimmable growlights but that is the point where they skittle out of my price range so I never bothered.

Finally, a question: were you asking for suggestions for that nice window? If so, here is what I would personally do instead, since I have a similar window facing northwest, although yours is much prettier: I let the cats have it. My plants are instead set up somewhere else in the room where they get light only from the growlights I provide. If i didn't have available outdoor space, I would definitely limit my plants only to those I could grow well in indoor conditions.

I have some hoyas that I hang against a south-facing glass door in another room and that's the only light they get. In winter, when it's too cold for hoyas, I move them somewhere else and force them to go dormant (that's an entirely separate hoohaa lol). Winter-growing succulents take over that glass door, with supplemental lighting because winter-growing succulents are &*#@-ing divas.

For that kitchen corner? I recommend bolstering the light under the cabinet with as many of these as you can fit. There are different sizes, the samples I linked are just what I found with a quick search.
