is the window frosted..if so.. im not sure this presumed sun loving plant is getting as much light as it needs ...

it might benefit.. from going outside for summer.. to store up enough energy .. to grow a little better next winter ...

study the media its currently in.. and try to duplicate it as close as possible...

mmmm blueberry bundt... btw.. what is the bundt base flavor?? ... little bit of lemon???

Just a normal old-house window, not frosted. It's not etiolated ... but it is a bit limper than it should be, which is probably dehydration, since its rootball is mostly root and spends most of its time as dry as photographed ... I water it either by running the rootball under the faucet (at little more than a drip) until the dirt changes color or blocking the innner pot's drainage holes with my fingers (kind-of), so it soaks for a moment. If I top water it normally, the water just runs out the bottom without what little dirt there is getting wet. As you can see in the third picture, I can lift it in and out of its inner pot without the media really coming apart or losing shape.

I would give it a good soak, unpot and loosen up the root ball, make sure the mix is moist all the way through Repot in a slightly larger terracotta pot. In my opinion, it needs more light, east facing isn't enough. If all you have is regular potting mix, use that but I'd skip all the other ingredients you mentioned. You want a mix that does not hold water too much. If you are planning to get other succulents, you might want to invest in a bag of commercail c/s mix.
