How high are your ceilings? The doorways in your foyer look tall. You might want a taller mirror, but I agree with Yonder Way as far as black table, gold mirror. If you can return the mirror you could always try it, but block it out on the wall with painters tape before ordering it so you can see if it is going to be the right size. The bottom of the mirror shouldn't be too high off the console table either.

My ceiling height is I believe 16 or 17 feet. I haven't bought any furniture yet. I was getting idea.  So how tall my mirror should be?

Suggest defining how you want foyer to feel in general and how it will work with connecting spaces. The console feels Art Deco, water feature doesn’t suit console and I wouldn’t be overly concerned about using white or black. The style and proportions are key.

Looks like you have two walls to address, so be sure they are complementary. Maybe look on line inspiration to see what appeals to you. I’d hold off on a rug and suggest a console/mirror by front door and large vertical art on other wall.
