Beautiful. I've always liked this variety. It has interesting shaped leaves. The one I had was a good bloomer. I left most of my plumeria plants when I moved last year. They were just too big. I only brought some cuttings and some of my seedlings that I was waiting for them to bloom.

I need to get some photos of whats blooming now. We have spent the last several days dealing with a tree that fell during the storms. It barely missed the front of our barn.

Goats were delighted that a large limb fell into their pasture lol.

OMG! I love all the goats. Are they for milk nad cheese? My neighbors breeds goats just for the babies. So frigging cute!

I had an oak go down recently. When the tree guy came to cut it up and grind the stump, I learned that the plant I have been cursing all this time as an annoying Sea Grape is actually a hibiscus tree. The previous owner told me it was a sea grape and it had huge leaves so I just frigured he was right. Not even close! 🤣

There used to be a massive one in front of our neighborhood tennis court. We used to climb up and hang out in it as kids. We always knew it as 'sea hibiscus'. The botanical name is Hibiscus tiliaceus.

Joan M, that looks like a Hibiscus tileacus (Sea Hibiscus). I think it's on the invasive plants list. Flowers bloom yellow and turn red, and put out TONS of seeds.

I think I will be naming it -

Sea Hibiscus does not belong in a residential yard. They planted some crazy stuff here over the years. The Sausage Tree was too much. It created so much fruit for the Baboons. LOL they loved exotics. Sausage tree 🙈 don’t plant that either LOL

I had one in my yard in North Port that I planted from seed. It died in the freeze of 2010, which was probably a blessing.
