I like a flood light at Christmas highlighting a beautiful front door and wreath, then and only then.

Do foundation up lights instead of a "spotlight".

Please no floodlighting, it is bad for nature and bad for your neighbors.

Just my opinion, but walkway lights are enough in the ground. Do sidelights that are larger and one ceiling light over the arched entrance. Lights should be 1/3 the height of your front door.

Flood lights onto the entire facade of the house is unnecessary.

They are called wall wash lights and your windows are too close together to get the effect without the affect of lights shining in your windows. the house seems to have some scale issues, ie the little octagon window on the big entry facade. Your landscape needs to fill in and up. The house could use a good clean and maybe consider a new trim color and a large bronze or black lantern.
