looks pretty good. however, that fan! for one, the blades are too short, and two, it's up too high to actual do any good.

And, the really good thing now, they have remote control so you don't have an 8' chain hanging down!

Impossible to know if this works without the actual dimensions but maybe options.

I think this is the only wall for TV. So with or without TV stand hang TV where it used to be.

You might be able to just wall mount the TV and have a very slim console under or none at all. See our design below:

BeverlyFLA first plan is the best solution and you can put a buffet behind the sofa facing the dining room for lamps. You can sit on the sofa and still enjoy that beautiful lake view.

Using that wall as a focus using narrow cabinetry will add warmth.
