Thanks you for the thoughts. It has been listen for 2 weeks. I think I would cover the leather parts with various items where the cats would not bother it. Cats! Can't live with them and cannot stand to live without them! lol

That’s just me and my quick gut reaction. I buy used furniture but anything over $100, causes my stomach to churn. . If Amy loves it, she should get it.

I was just thinking... will it go with my desk and chair. Quite a different style. I do love the coffee table but just realized it might not fit in with some of my nearby pieces. Excuse the mess under my desk I need to clean!!!!

It's a hard surface vs. an upholstered piece, so no softness to it. Do you use it to put your feet up? It is a beautiful table.

I quickly threw it in next to my desk and chair to see if it might relate in some way and not clash with the styles of the various furniture.

I cahnged my mind, Amy. I am sorry. I do not care for that piece next to your lovelier things. For some reason the French chair and the table seem particularly ill suited to one another.

Zalco, I agree with you! I think I will just keep my ottoman and keep it super clean an put a blanket over it and when I have guests I can remove the blanket and add some other things to make it blend better. What else can I do? lol

This particular cat just loves to perch on the ottoman all day long! I should let her keep her favorite space. 😸
