I purchased a Kincaid custom made couch. There has been many problems. Cushions are flattening & sinking when sat on … cushions get divots & don’t bounce back. I need to rearrange cushions several time a day when sat on. The couch looks like a old couch! The springs are popping & creaking. The Furniture Co. we purchased from are replacing the couch. Is this the quality of a Kincaid couch or is this one a fluke? Would the replacement be the way to go or should I request a refund & start all over picking out another brand couch?
I would appreciate your suggestions…I don’t know what to do.
