Yes, looks like a Lilium, although the top down photo with no scale and no leaves visible made it a bit hard to work out.

It's about 6 inches tall. Here is a side view.

and the yellow things presented sticking up like that is also a lily thing.. i know because when i would go in for a sniff.. i would often come out of it.. with a pollen all over my nose... i think those are anthers... lol

Yes I will never forget my young DD with her nose covered in nearly red Lilium pollen. It looked like blood at first but she had a grin on her face....it only took a second to realize what it was.
