Do you need a window treatment for privacy and light control? If not, I would just leave it bare, there's a lot going on in that corner.

I hate the black holes that uncovered doors create at night so if it were me, I would want a covering - maybe look at panel track blinds as an option?

Not sure you will be able to fit much over the sliders that won't be in the way. You can look at Hunter Douglas Vertiglide if you really need light control and privacy.

Correct, looking for light and privacy control. Doesn’t need to be black out, and ideally prefer something lighter weight anyway.

Any other suggestions? Is there some kid or low profile rod? My understanding with panel tracks is they’re always blocking Somme of the window vs curtains that can be collapsed to one side.

For the sliders, I'd look into a remote controlled roll down shade mounted outside above the doors. You can get them in different degrees of opaqueness, to control the light, but they will not give full privacy at night unless you get opaque, which won't work in the daytime unless you want black out.

Most people have some kinds of lights outside their doors, so if it's lit outside there is no 'black hole' effect for uncovered windows.

On the corner windows, I'd want bottom up shades so they could be partially covering the bottom part of the windows for privacy (the only part anyone could see in), yet you can still see out over the top and get the light.

They also make vertical cellular shades that stack to the side and pretty much disappear.

Curtains don't belong that close to the cooking area. They will attract dust and great. Go with a solar roller shade mounted above the window trim. I actually did 2 on my slider so I can better control the light. I installed a wood cornice over them to cover the roller.

grommeted curtain panels? they slide easy, and it looks like(?) you have room on the left (non-door) side for them to hang when not closed.

It appears that your wood casing around the door is flat and fairly wide. You could surface mount a Vignette style shade (one long one, or two on one headrail) to your door casing. These stack up quite tightly and if the headrail was the same color as your moldings it would be fairly unobtrusive. They can also be motorized since they would be kind of high unless you are tall.
