I need some inspiration while in planning stages for an enclosed breezeway/mudroom addition between our existing house & garage.
We want to preserve as much green space as possible. We need to re-establish our driveway in line with our house & garage. Our garage will need to be picked up & rotated along with it being moved closer to our house (28 x 20’) Our existing shared driveway & parking pad will become added lawn.
The pine tree in foreground of photo may need to be removed since there’s a 10’ margin from tree to
relocated garage. The raised bed of flowers will be in front of house & behind garage. I just wonder if we’d need to place garage at an angle to avoid interference w water well in upper right of photo along w keeping a 30’ limit to breezeway. Any suggestions would be appreciated
