I agree with HU-79835522. We installed heated tile floors in the ensuite of our previous house, and we saw almost no change in our electrical bills after they were put in. They didn't heat the whole bathroom, they just warmed the tile--though that made a huge difference in our comfort level. We were in the Snow Belt and it was fantastic climbing into bed in the winter without having popsicle toes. Our heated floors were on a timer so they only came on in the mornings just before we got up and in the evenings before we came upstairs for bed. As much as we love our new location and new house, we do miss that heated tile, and will definite install it again as soon as we get around to remodeling our bathroom.

I'm calculating that I would need about 7kWh per day to heat a 100 sqft bathroom for 6 hours per day (3 in AM and 3 in PM). That's actually a lot of my electrical budget so I'm trying to compare that to actual real world usage.
