I don’t think your bed set and lamp work with your minimalist ideals. I think you need to start there. Beautiful room!

It is a beautiful room. If you want to keep the bed, its cream color doesn't look great with gray. How do you feel about sage green bed linens? The console under the TV doesn't go with the bed, so one of them should be swapped out. Also add some art and more colorful throw pillows on the sofa. The wall color doesn't look great with the bed either, so if you decide to keep the bed, think about repainting.

I'd rather see a king-size bed on a bare metal frame than that bedroom set you have currently. It's not right for the room, in that it's too small in scale and the style doesn't work with this great bedroom you have.

You don't have to spend a ton of money to get this look but you have to buy items that are the correct size for the room.

What about trying a larger headboard, some artwork on the walls, a rug, and maybe some sconces instead of the lamps. Here are a variety of ideas for your bedroom. Take note of the bedding, rugs, headboards, sconces, etc.

It will never look great or even good without some money being spent on it. Im sorry but the furniture has a tuscan feel to it and is dated.. Also do not seoarate curtains like that hang the drapes together on the ends only, sheers in the middle. Shop facebook market place for deals. Create a mood board of what you like. Lamp needs to go along with bed and end table. Ypu have tuscan and art deco and modern and craftsman all put together.
