Don't do black, I've seen it, you'll regret it. I'd do a darker brown, but make sure it's a product that doesn't flake off. Or is it possible to remove the existing paint?

Either same as house color or the white. Assuming there will be landscaping done across the front. Pretty house!

No brown. You dont have any other brown to tie that in. It would be very nice, if the brick had not been painted. I would paint the same color as the house, or a charcoal gray.

Match the roof

Same as the siding. IMO you don't want to draw attention to the foundation.

There’s plenty of wedgewood blue already and the brick foundation is pretty so I think white foundation will set it off nicely.
