My Hansgrohe Raindance E300 shower head just blew up (see attached picture), spraying water all over walls and ceiling and sending one piece of plastic shrapnel flying across the room. The shower head that just blew up was a replacement, installed one year ago by my contractor after the first shower head (installed a few months prior) had blown up in a similar manner. I should add that this shower head does not get much use; I have used it probably 5 or 6 times total. From what I can tell, there is no known issue with the Hansgrohe E300 shower head blowing up, and I am at a total loss trying to figure out what the issue may be. Any thoughts? Any and all help much appreciated!
