Maybe some sort of outdoor shelving unit that holds plants?

I thought I'd seen the worst thing ever that a cable company had ever done to a house, one that I bought. They notched the metal of a window frame to bring the wire through the window! Well, that still is the worst but this is right up there. You need to have the cord moved to come in at the bottom of the wall.

Comcast came to my mothers house and really made a mess, my father had the house where everything got fished through conduit, well they were not going to do it. So we let them do their install and then we removed and redid a lot of it. Can you just come in at the base of the wall? Or come to the side by the doorway and use the brick space to tuck in over to where you enter the home. Does the inside of the home have a chase wall or is it brick on that side as well? If you have the chase wall then you can fish within that cavity. Well there are a few options.

Are you using the cord ? IMO just remove it and hang a piece of art on the FP . Not sure what the issue is . We have not had cable TV for years and now not even satellite. I guess I need some info.
