Some sort of ”woodruff”, or ”cleavers”; some are technically edible, but mostly used in tea.

Looks like some species of Galium.....but there are zillions. Perhaps G. obtusum.

Something like that was my first thought, but I don't know any of those which have 5 petals. I believe they usually have 4. Flowers, buds and leaf joints on this plant look like something in the Caryophyllaceae.

Definitely appears to be a cleaver to me. Looks like what we call "stick-tights" , because they do indeed stick tightly to your clothing. Possibly Galium aparine.

I do not believe it is a Gallium for the reasons I gave above. G aparine is extremely familiar to me and I'm certain this isn't it. In addition to the five petalled flowers, stalked drooping buds and incorrect leaf joints, the leaves and stems appear to be smooth and much stiffer than Galiums.
