IMO light should be lighter and I love dark floors with white furniture . Is this your actual space ? If so what do you have now ?

A warm, light to medium-tone brown would look better. Both of those are too dark in my opinion. The first has too much red, the second has too much gray.

Yes that is the decor, but I do have a different couch (but it is older and needs to be replaced anyways). But in general the walls and furniture are white. Many thanks! Great feedback!

I would certainly to the darker shade, because since everything else is white, if you do the light flooring, it’s not gonna add any personality to the room. Do you need an equal amount of different shades to blend in to make the room a perfect and splendid lock the dark flooring with the white kitchen and furniture really blends everything together.
