What is the manufacturer's recommendation for placement? Some tiles of that size have to laid with a 1/3 offset. Which style are you looking to achieve?

I'm not really liking those tiles together, but it might be the lighting, photo and/or my monitor.

I prefer stacked. they look awfully gray... any chance you can move to more creamy?

Gray is grayER installed.

I hope you will have a professional tile installation. large format tile are generally not a DIY

Why the 2 tiles ? On my monitor they do not work together. I actually love 12 x24 porcelain tile for both bathroom floors and showers walls, the same tile Then if you want a bit of accent you can do a vertical strip off center and use that same accent for your backsplash . IMO the fewest choices make a small space feel bigger and also it keeps you from changing major things but allows you to change wall color accessories over time. I like stacked with maytching grourt and bot layed in the same direction to appear to just continue up the shower wall.

Those tiles do not go together. At all. A curbless shower is NOT just a standard shower without a curb. It's built and waterproofed differently. In that case, with the drain where it is, and your selections what they are, the whole needs a wetroom build and envelope cut for the shower floor. IF the DCOF rating is there. I fear that you do not have a competent designer or installer on board here. The picture would be different, and the tiles would be different.

The pink insulation is changing the colors a bit in the grey tile but i think my issue might be with the color itself and i didnt realize it. the shower tile cant be used on the floor so i dont have the option to use the same tile.

i have a proff installers for the project that are very experienced. they have figured out the tile cuts and angles for it to drain correctly. im not worried with that but i think the tile is wrong and perhaps i need to look for other options and maybe a different size.

The charcoal tile is nice. The brown stripey tile is awful. Plain white would be a lot better. Not sure how any of w will work with a curbless shower. It won’t, without some structural alterations.
