That should already be stained and finished at the factory, since it is installed. It should not be installed raw.

I think darker would look nice.

Raw wood will already be contaminated by hand oils during install, and will be a bear to decontaminate and finish evenly. Clear would be best to not be blotchy from oils already inside the wood from where it was touched. Cabinets should slways be shop finished. Not site finished with house paint or floor finishes containing bugs and dust.

I like to see contrast between the floor and the cabinets, but not sure of the reddish stain in your bathroom. I would pick one more brown than red.
