A classic medium brown is your best bet, but many of the LVP end up with a stripey look when installed, so shop carefully for the brands/style that are more uniform.

I think your best bet is to mimic as close as possible the look of classic wood floors. I'd avoid the ubiquitous greyish colors that came and went out of fashion very quickly and now look faddish and dated - but people are putting them down.

I like the classic wood look. I definitely don't want a grey based floor. Grey is just too everywhere lol.
