Is it moisture or band-sil?

The wall next to the right side of the door has high moisture readings and the wood floor next to the wall shows high moisture readings. (90 yr old home… original floors) HOWEVER the subfloor and band-sil have normal moisture readings. I mentally can’t think that the frame would “sink”. There is not that much distance to the subfloor. I did have work done on the band-sil and not long after that my door started sticking and won’t open. Which is more likely… the moisture caused the frame to sink on the right or the work caused a lift on the left?
