I have noticed two days ago, after some really long rains we've had here in Belgium, that my Podgarica had a sort of crack in the trunk, aprox 2 cm long, and 3-4 mm wide.
Should I immediately cover that with some healing balm/glue? I see this opening as a perfect entry for bugs & co...
As you may notice in one picture, sap is visible and a part of the trunk is of a different color.
Otherwise, this plants is doing well, flowers & seeds...
