My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

getting down to a few

I still have a lot of blooms left on the VTs, 8 varieties which is all but one.

One is new this year but no picture yet. Here's the almost end of the seedlings. A few more days left for them. All named varieties are done. First, the group.

Carmen Renee x vt the Last melon

VT Rose Rosy x North Wind Dancer. No streaks today.

Vintage Wine x unknown

A bee pollen one that is even later than the VTs and blooms in a bad spot by the road and basketball net just fine.

    You still have a lot blooming compared to most of us. The Carmen Renee seedling is my favorite. I wonder if the other parent with the Vintage Wine seedling is So Lovely.
