Hi, we are at the end of a kitchen renovation and went with quartz counter tops color: Etude. This is the 3rd time the company has been to the house to drop off new/and or corrected slabs as I can't get a straight answer. There is numerous spots that are dull, no shine. This last installer says that is normal. I say no it's not. I think they tried to fill imperfections and could not get the top to match. Can someone tell me if this is normal? They have been in for about 6 hours and I can't even look at it without being pissed.I expected a perfectly shiny gloss surface. Is this a wrong expectation?
