My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello! Directly around the firebox and on the upper face are custom steel panels made by our sheetmetal guys. To the right and left of the fireplace are custom concrete "panels" made by our concrete guys.

    I do not, sorry! The contractor took care of all the costs on this one. The fabricators are just local small companies. Really any decent sheet metal and concrete guys can make these for you. For reference sake, this was a $4M house.
