Please help! Grout haze on new bluestone patio

We just had a new bluestone patio laid. The installer cleaned the patio 2X to remove haze however, there is still a light grayish film over most of the patio. What should I use to remove the haze? This was an expensive job and I am upset that we spent all this money to have the patio look crappy, I am nervous that I might ruin the bluestone and what I read online is everything from vinegar to solutions I can buy at Home Depot or Amazon.

The INSTALLER needs to be back remedying this for you. This should not be on you to finish his work that you paid him for.

Get the person back who did the job that is their job and if you do sometning now and makes it worse you will have no recourse.

mopping just spreads it around.

it needs to be buffed off an area at a time.

Typically a dilute solution of muriatic acid is used to clean any grout haze. I have never seen it look like that after a thorough acid wash so I can't even begin to guess what they did.

get a second opinion from a local mason who can look at it in person. There are a few things visible in the photo that lead me to believe you may want someone with a little more experience to help bring this across the finish line.
