I have a 30qt container mix with a tree rose that has crown gall.

Is the soil mix still usable or just simply start fresh...

Is it worth the risk or just dousing the pot *shrub removed already* with boiling water..

And or just wrap the pot with a Black Trash Bag and let it solarize for the remainder of the 2023 summer season...

Making new mix is not the issue but having the extra leftover coarse perlite for storage....not really looking to do . It takes up too much ### space.
