Need new layout for master bath/closet remodel, adding laundry

Closing soon on a home that will be used as a short-term rental for now (in-law home later). New main bedroom (largest bedroom) was added at some point with a sunken floor that connects to sunken living room. New main bedroom connects to original main bedroom through an open doorway (no door), to which the main bath connects (pink wallpaper pic). Main bath is abysmally small in this 2 bath (4/5 bed) home. Current laundry hook ups are out in garage. Plans are to raise the floor of the bedroom/living room to match rest of house and, in doing, remove closets in new main bedroom. Expand main bath by utilizing some of the connecting original main bedroom, convert remainder of connecting room to main closet, and add laundry to original main room closet (see drawing). Want to keep shower/toilet/sink generally where they are to avoid moving major plumbing, but have larger shower for bench seat/handicap accessibility. Ideally there would be access from main bath or closet to laundry while also keeping access from guest room hallway, but having trouble visualizing and not just breaking this already small space into smaller spaces. Would appreciate ideas! Tried to create a drawing of the whole house as best I could with a free app. Not all of the doors are exactly right, and it was a bit cumbersome, but I hope it helps. The hall and child’s room are over the garage (2nd floor). Will add more pics on subsequent post. TIA!
