We’ve used white tiles in a few rentals. We like a very light silver grout. It gives just the right amount of definition and no worries about clashing.

You could try doing sample boards with the grouts you are considering.

Sometimes the sales reps in tile stores are good at making recommendations.

If you want it to fade into the background and match up with the tile, my tile store suggested that you select the brighter white of the two samples that were offered. They said that the samples tended to get dirty with handling. I selected their brightest white. It worked nicely.
