Wolf gas range temp accuracy/stability

We are in the market for a 48" range and will most likely go with Wolf. Our current Viking oven has terrible temp control - I often observe 80+ degree swings around the set point. Obviously electrical ovens will always be better in this regard, but i was curious if anyone had real world feedback on Wolf gas ovens in regards to temp accuracy and stability? Would love to save some money here if I am not giving up too much

CR tested so-called "pro-style" gas range and the only one to receive a recommended rating was the Monogram ZGP304NTSS. That's a 30-inch model but Monogram also make the 48" ZGP486NDTSS. Obviously one can't be sure that the 30" and 48" models would perform similarly but none of the other "pro-style" 30" and 36" gas ranges performed well enough -- baking was particularly weak -- to earn a recommended rating. Just a data point.
