Yes a photo of your space would help. If everything is in an open room the same finish would be best. A drum type fixture something like this would look nice in the same finish as your lanterns. Also, how wide is your island? I noticed the dimensions on your lanterns was 2 feet wide. It’s important to make sure the size is right for width as well as length.

What is coastal lighting? IMO island lighting should always light the island not the ceiling and those tiny candelabra bulbs are useless anyway. I have no idea about the metal since we have no picturs . I for sure would not do one fixture that looks like a chandelier above an island . Post pics here in a comment DO NOT start another post .

This is the style home and I like simple decor

We live at the beach and have antique ship lanterns over our island. IMO, open lanterns are overused and I would never put a fabric (drum example) shade in a kitchen. You will find the Home Decorating section of Houzz a better fit for your question.
