Need floorplan suggestions!

We're remodeling this old 2 bed/1 bath home, which has an addition on the back. To access the addition, one must walk through one of the bedrooms (which now has no windows). When it's all done we want: master bedroom with ample closets, a guest bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and an office. Here's where I'm getting hung up: The majority of yard space for entertaining is on the right side (the lot is pie shaped) so I should keep a door on that side of the house. It's already awkward to walk to the back to get there, or out the front door and through the gate. The fence and gas meter are by the LR, so no door access can be added there. I've uploaded the current floor plan, and one with some walls erased to allow for more creative thinking. Obviously the fewer walls/windows/doors moved the better, for cost reasons. Hopefully someone will have a brilliant idea!

Maybe a pic of the house could help. I think it shows a patio on the left not the right . Maybe the master at the front of the house then the LR at the back to access the patio. I think you need a really good interior designer and a big money tree . For me the whole house needs to be reconfigured if outside entertaining is a big deal. Post ppics of th exterior here in a comment DO NO start another post. I went to your page and the house on there is not this house you are asking about I don't think

Can you add a door to the living room to access the side yard? that is more convenient for grilling and carrying drinks or snacks from the kitchen.

after that, your extra space is easily divided to a small office on the left by the garage, a hallway to the master bedroom and a nice sized closet and bathroom.

we need to know your foundation type so we know how easy or hard ot will be to add plumbing t9 the back room.
