My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Alternate roofing options to natural materials

Hi Everyone,

Can someone speak to the different roof material options? It seems like there are natural materials like cedar or slate, composite options of those materials, or asphalt shingles.

Is there a "go-to" roofing material (and specifically brand and line) for those who are doing a custom build home?

I can't seem to find much information regarding the composite roof options such as Brava and DaVinci. Can anyone share pictures if they have used these materials?
